Ingredients
1 mackerel
3 fig leaves and / or screw
oil, salt and pepper
Preparation
Take mackerel and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, wrap slices or slices in the leaves, so as to obtain small cones to stop with a stick. Make a layer of coals, and walk over wrapping the fish rested on a layer of aluminum foil, and cover it completely with the ashes. Wait until the end of cooking, making sure the fire does not burn the leaves.
