Sole in a sauce of pears

Ingredients

• 3 sole
• 1 pear
• bread, white wine, butter and sugar

Preparation

Cook the pears in white wine and bread. Filtered everything with gauze, then pour sauce in a pan for back cooking. Add the fillets of sole. Aside from the heated butter, ginger browned. Pour the sauce over the fish before serving.
